About Us

Mr. Harmony Hamulube Chiboola, a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with RICS, is the Principal Consultant. He’s registered with VSRB, a full member of SIZ, ZIEA, and holds a UWE Bristol degree. His extensive valuation experience spans Local Authorities, Government Valuation Department, and private practice, including international projects in Congo, South Africa, Angola, and Mozambique.

Mr. Mukebai Kabisa, Senior Consultant, is a registered valuation surveyor with VSRB. Returning from Namibia in 2021, he served as an independent consultant and Regional Valuation Consultant for UNDP, supporting land reform. With over 30 years’ experience, he holds a Master’s Degree from City University, London, and has worked with prominent organizations.

Mutale Chinukwe, a University of Lusaka graduate in Real Estate Management, contributes valuable skills to Rochdale Property Consultants. Having interned at the Government Valuation Department – Southern Region, he gained experience in property inspections, measurements, surveys, and preparation of valuation reports, enhancing his capacity to serve clients effectively..

Joseph Ntanda is the office assistant. Having worked for many years with Anderson and Anderson International in Ndola and Lusaka, Joseph has vast experience in the inspections of various types of property, preparing sketches and calculation of floor areas..
